Our clients had concerns about their sinking foundation and wanted to reinforce their existing deck's support structure. We were able to provide expert engineering and install underpinning piles for the house foundation, along with post piles for the deck supports. The unique challenge with this project was that the house was located next to a sloped ravine and required reaching down 20 feet to find proper soil bearing capacity. With precise planning we were able to find the soil we needed to ensure a strong foundation. Today, our clients are able to breathe easier and enjoy the confidence of a stable foundation that will serve them well for many years to come, an important factor in their future plans to sell the property.
